Dropbox is a productivity tool used for organizing files, downloads, links, and much more. It’s an incredibly useful app for moving files between computers, or keeping a copy of your most important files. Dropbox is also great for helping students keep their files as mobile as they are. Dropbox can access your files not only from the Dropboxes synced with your account, but also from Dropbox’s website. Students can access their files from any computer, even rental laptops at school. You won’t have to remember to bring along an USB stick ever again. Also dropbox with any folder on the computer containing your homework. Then, you can be sure that your students always have the most updated version of essays and notes the next morning.

Pinterest is an effective productivity tool. It can be used for many aspects, such as personal interests, searching for new hobbies, sharing comments about topics, and giving ideas. Pinterest provides some creative opportunities in the classroom, and could be a great method for instruction, collaboration, and classroom projects. I can have students create boards for different classroom research topics or assignments where they can pin relevant articles, images and video. Pinterest helps teachers find lesson plans or assessment for the students that are creative and fun.

Google forms is a tool that can be used to create and share forms with other teachers or students. I would use forms to collect information about my students, do a survey of the whole department and quizzes. If I miss class I can have my students access the information on Google forms. This is quick and easy to use and it's easy to assess my students on the lesson.
